The username for Avon SendIt is always your email address. Example: FName.LName@avon.com
The password:
- If you are an Avon Associate, the password is the same as your Sametime or iNotes (webmail) account's password.
- Non-Associates, have your Avon contact send a password reset request to Global ITS Security.
Should you have any issues with logging into your account please open up a ticket with our help desk via email or phone call. You will need to provide them with the following information
Service in question -> Avon SendIt
username -> Your email address
Description of problem -> A brief description of the problem you're having. Attach a screenshot showing the error or the problem could greatly help reduce the resolution time. For example:
- I cannot download files. Here's the error: [attach screenshot of the error]
- I cannot login. Here's the error when I tried to login: [attach screenshot of the error]
